Houston Urban Experience (HUE) Mural Festival
October 17 - October 24,2015
A mural festival featuring local and international artists. Spanning Downtown, the East End, and the Washington Avenue Arts District, the artists in the festival will cover approximately 20,000 square feet of wall space with art. "Throughout the week, the public will be encouraged to experience the art-in-progress through either guided or self-guided tours, using the Map App. Docents will be available at each mural site to provide additional details about the artists and artwork. Visitors will also be able to enjoy live music, food trucks and St. Arnold Brewery pop-ups at select mural sites." For more info, go here.
