2018 Victoria Art Car Parade

"The 2018 Victoria Art Car Parade begins at 11:30am downtown, where over 90 art cars will wind their way through DeLeon Plaza and Jam fest. Art cars scheduled to appear include works by Mark "Scrapdaddy" Bradford, fanciful transformations like "Our Lady of Transportation" by Amber Eagle, and exquisitely detailed lowriders by the Leal Brothers from Corpus Christi."
