Laurie Palmer at PRH

Artist and activist Laurie Palmer will visit the PRH site and conduct a lecture and a workshop. For her talk, Palmer will present some participatory public art projects that have created positive change in policy or legislation or by initiating important neighborhood improvements including access to resources.
