Adam Fung: The Far Future

"A solo exhibition by Adam Fung, Associate Professor of Art at Texas Christian University and a new addition to the Fort Works Art roster of contemporary Fort Worth artists. In this solo exhibition in the lower gallery, Fung will include selections from the Iceberg X series, XnatureX series, and new paintings, all of which portray his dynamic range of research interests touching upon issues such as climate change, landscape, patterns and the make up of the universe. Showcasing thirty oil on linen paintings, Fung's Arctic series about his expedition to the Arctic Circle will be on display, as well as XnatureX, a new body of work documenting the 2018 Space X launch of the most powerful rocket in history and the questions that follow such a monumental point in history."
