Discussion led by guest moderators Samuel Gladden, Ph.D., Interim Dean of the College of Human Sciences and Humanities, and Eric Despard, Director of Cultural Arts, Bayou Theater and Art Gallery, both at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Topics will include both artists' commissions at UH-Clear Lake, the role of public art in a higher education environment, as well as the university's evolution and future as a regional center for art and thought."
