The program will begin with a screening of Lozano-Hemmer's extended segment from the "Borderlands" episode of Season 10 of "Art in the Twenty-First Century." Following the screening, the artist will be joined by Kerry Doyle, Director at the Rubin Center at The University of Texas at El Paso, for a conversation. Lozano-Hemmer and Doyle will discuss the artist's 2019 public art installation across the U.S.-Mexico border, "Border Tuner," which was curated by Doyle."
