"A new exhibition by a group of Texas State Art Students opens online November 24th on Kunstmatrix.com. This exhibition features thesis works from 9 students from the Texas State School of Fine Art and Design. The show opens online and will be available through the end of December. Artists include Isabela Vilareal-Gonzalez, Zoe Zalenski, Kela Burseson, Joshua Newell, Megan Chandler, Sydney Donelson, Riley Morris, Adrianna Espinosa, and Ashley Bueno.

The art displayed in Subliminal Psyche attempts to speak to the complexity of the human subconscious and the relevance of dreams within an artistic view of the world. In conversation with the human psyche, all nine artists create surrealist imagery through varying mediums such as painting, photography, drawing, video, and sound work. Through explorations into dreams, nightmares, and intrusive thoughts, the artists seek to contemplate the presence of the subliminal in everyday life and its effect on humans visually and mentally."
