New Works: 10.2- Cyrus, McCorkie, and Sosnowska

Artpace's new round of artists in their International Artist-In-Residence Program offers a new exhibition with New Works: 10.2. Curated by Patrick Charpenel, an independent curator from Guadalajara, Mexico, this exhibition includes the work of Jamal Cyrus (shown) of Houston, Corey McCorkle from New York, and Monika Sosnowska of Warsaw, Poland. Don't miss Cyrus' Pride Record series, which tells a story of an independent record label which becomes a target of the FBI's Counterintelligence Program. McCorkle's projects explore ideas of isolation and the ideals of Utopia while Sosnowska creates architecturally influenced sculptures and installations.
