An Impressionist Sensibility: The Halff Collection

The McNay presents An Impressionist Sensibility, an exhibition featuring a private collection of American paintings of the Impressionist era formed by San Antonians Marie and Hugh Halff. The collection of 26 paintings are of the period from the 1870s to 1930 and include masters John Singer Sargent, William Merritt Chase, Childe Hassam, and Theodore Robinson. Winslow Homer and Edward Hopper are also represented in the collection.
