"The University of Texas at San Antonio Department of Art and Art History announces the XXI Biennial Art Faculty Exhibition. The collection of artworks showcases the most recent work of our new, well-established, and emeritus faculty, all of whom have exemplary exhibition records. This exhibition highlights the diversity of media within our faculty, from traditional techniques to new and interdisciplinary methods. There are many themes explored within the individual artworks, spanning many conceptual ideas that utilize a variety of methods, materials, and subject matter that create critical reflections regarding contemporary society and culture."
