Equilibrium: Body as Site

Equilibrium was originally curated by Kate Bonansinga and Rachelle Thiewes for Metalsmith Magazine's 2008 annual "Exhibition in Print." The show focused on how art alters its (human) site by impacting one or more of the five senses. On Thursday, Mar. 5 at 6pm, Namita Wiggers, curator for the Museum of Contemporary Craft in Portland, Oregon will address the special role of craft in contemporary art as part of the lecture series for Equilibrium: Body As Site.
