Learning by Doing: 25 Years of the Core Program (part II)

"Learning by Doing: 25 Years of the Core Program is a two-part exhibition curated by the MFAH´s Alison de Lima Greene. The first segment, on view at the MFAH in spring 2008, emphasized the international aspect of the program. This second segment focuses on artists who developed their work in direct response to the Texas environment or who have made issues of identity central to their work. On view will be works by Mequita Ahuja, Santiago Cucullu, Dana Frankfort, Charles Mary Kubricht, Cindy Loehr, Stephanie Martz, Julie Mehretu, Karyn Olivier, and Dean Ruck among others."
