From the organizers: "An artist talk by Arts Fort Worth Resident Artist Xxavier Edward Carter. The talk will cover practice, place, programming, and personhood. DOORS AT 12PM TALK AT 1PM. The artist talk will be followed by a workshop at 3pm. Space limited to 12 for workshop. In this Artist led workshop participants are instructed on the process of making ceramic rocks as vessles for candles. You will learn how to shape clay into a vessle capable of containing molten wax with a variety of clay tools. At the end of the workshop you will part with your own candle with a unique winter scent for the holidays."
