Space is shared with two other women artists. Studio community currently has 7 other workings artists in private spaces. Restroom and water access included. Access to property grounds and artist community included. On-site property and grounds keeper.

Artists open studios for West Austin Studio tour. Space is private to public.

Monthly rent: $275.00 (includes utilities)

Lease agreement can be signed and negotiated.
