Norman Rockwell: Behind the Camera

Norman Rockwell worked from staged photographs to create his magazine covers (gasp!) These photographs are on view alongside his paintings, drawings, and related tear sheets. Organized by the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Admission is $10, but children age 12 and under get in free.

Special event: November 20, 2011 | 12-4 pm
Rockwell Family Day: Girl and Boy Scouts will lead art activities and outdoor games from the 1940s and beyond. Enjoy the fall weather with complimentary hot cider and cookies. Admission to both Norman Rockwell exhibitions is free between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Artist talk: October 24, 2011 | 11-3 pm
Rockwell Seniors’ Day: Enjoy the fall weather with complimentary hot cider and cookies. Admission to both Norman Rockwell exhibitions is free for all seniors age 60 and up between 11a.m. and 3 p.m.
