Anthony Thompson Shumate: Novus Ordo Seclorum

Anyone with some time to kill and buck in their pocket has probably noticed the words novus ordo seclorum (Latin for "New Order of the Ages") printed on the back of a one dollar bill. The exhibit Novus Ordo Seclorum, Shumate's interactive multimedia installation of works, opens a dialogue about the "concerns of our future sovereignty and the aesthetics of currency and its iconography." A thought-provoking, well-executed show. What's not to love!?!
