On the Road brings together the work of Robert Adams, Ant Farm, John Baldessari, Walker Evans, Robbert Flick, Mary Heilmann, Roger Kuntz, Danny Lyon, Catherine Opie, Allen Ruppersberg, Ed Ruscha, Stephen Shore, Alexis Smith, Kon Trubkovich, and Andy Warhol. Taking its title from the legendary book by American poet and novelist Jack Kerouac, On the Road, the exhibition investigates the myth of the American road trip. On the Road is curated by Jens Hoffmann, Director, CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Art so take a trip to Artpace and check out this incredible line-up of artists!
