grayDUCK gallery presents the exhibition Drawn Together featuring the work of Allen Brewer and Pamela Valfer who both draw their inspiration from the discarded and forgotten. Allen Brewer's collection of drawings are loosely based on his past and created from a collection of unique papers and objects, transformed using typewriter carbon paper and colored pencil. Pamela Valfer reconstructs lowbrow and recycled materials such as plastic animal banks to fur to challenge the notion of authenticity in her current work body of work- the Reclamation Project.
