An Act of Faith: The Art of Mary McCleary

The Grace Museum presents an exhibition of the work of Texas artist Mary McCleary. An Act of Faith: The Art of Mary McCleary focuses on Biblical allegories and the artist's unique collage technique. Layered with meaning and symbolism, objects and figures from the real world combine to revive timeless, complex narratives. McCleary has recently been named the 2011 Texas Artist of Year by Art League Houston with an upcoming exhibition planned for later in 2011. Participating in the 2011 Texas Biennial.
