Rare and important pieces from the 6th to 18th centuries from the Menil’s collection of icons, widely regarded by scholars as one of the most important of its kind in the United States, largely acquired in 1985 from collector Eric Bradley. Organized for the Menil Collection by guest curator Annemarie Weyl Carr, Professor Emeritus at SMU.
