The El Paso Museum of Art and the Museo de Arte de Ciudad Juárez CONACULTA-INBA announce the III Bienal Ciudad Juárez – El Paso Biennial 2013, which is presented by S-Mart and will be on exhibit at both institutions. Admission to this exhibition, as well as general museum admission, is FREE to the public at both institutions. Exhibition sponsors include the Consulate General of Mexico, El Paso and US Consulate, Ciudad Juárez.
