Franklin Sirmans, curator of modern and contemporary art at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (a position he previously held at the Menil), returns to the museum to discuss his latest project Prospect.3 New Orleans. The third edition of the international art biennial, Prospect.3 New Orleans invites contemporary artists from around the world to showcase their practices in a setting that is historically and culturally specific.
