Permaculture Principles

El Paso Water Utilities presents a discussion about permaculture, or "permanent agriculture" and "permanent culture." Robert Leal, President and Co-Founder of El Paso Permaculture group will present principles of permaculture that you can adopt at home. A demonstration of a passive rain water harvesting technique will take place outside in TecH2O’s key hole garden area.
