A show of Donald Sultan's Disaster Paintings series. Many of this works in this series depict "robust, man-made structures, such as factories and train cars, that exhibit a level of fragility in their propensity to be unhinged by catastrophic events." The large-scale paintings depict forest fires, air pollution, and railway accents in an attempt to immortalize contemporary society.
