To Have or To Be is an exhibition of works by Serbian artist, academic and writer, Vladislac Scepanovic. Coming out of a Pop Art aesthetic, Scepanovic's work criticizes consumerism, religion, and wealth. He recently represented Serbia in the 2017 Venice Biennale.
