November 06 - November 06,2019
"In her talk, Danish artist Nanna Debois Buhl presents three of her photographic projects - Moon Memory, Cloud Behavior, and intervals and forms of stones of stars - wherein she explores the sky from astronomical, computational, meteorological, and speculative perspectives. Through these examples, Buhl will discuss her conceptual and experimental approach to the photographic medium, and how she uses the artist’s book as a format to unfold the theoretical reflections related to her photographic work. This program is held in conjunction with the exhibition Dansk Konceptuelt Fotografi on view at FotoFest through November 9, 2019. This program is FREE and open to the public. Seating is limited and first-come, first-served."
