Arthur Turner: Reflections showcases the work of Houston artist Arthur Turner, an accomplished watercolorist and beloved instructor at the Glassell School of Art for nearly 50 years. This survey of his long career features selections ranging from his early days in Houston to his current work. Turner’s value as a teacher is evident in the accompanying exhibition. Arthur Turner: A Legacy of Students presents the work of artists influenced by Turner’s care and expertise during his tenure at the school. Both exhibitions are on view through February 23.
