June 26 - June 26,2020
As COVID-19 becomes part of our day to day lives, Houston’s arts organizations are putting together plans for how to survive in the new world. Some organizations are implementing new health screening guidelines and opening their doors, while others are finding ways to move their work to the digital space. We have invited leaders of arts organizations across Houston to talk about how they are “getting back to work” and what that means to them.
The first hour will feature concurrent panel discussions with arts leaders who have begun creating plans to restart their programs. These panels will be divided into three categories: visual arts, performing arts, and arts education.
For the second hour, all participants are encouraged to attend peer-to-peer breakout conversations targeted to more specific artistic demographics led by community leaders.
We hope you’ll join. Please select one of the categories below to register for the discipline-specific panel that most appeals to you!
