From Sam Houston State University: "Sam Houston State University’s Department of Art welcomes Jennifer Ling Datchuk for a virtual guest artist lecture. Datchuk, trained in ceramics, is an interdisciplinary artist working in ceramics, fiber arts, video, and more. She has been awarded many prestigious awards such as the United States Artists Fellow (Craft) and the American Craft Council’s Emerging Voices Award. Her work has been included extensively in solo and group exhibitions such as at Artpace, the Park Avenue Armory (New York), Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, and Art League Houston. She is an Assistant Professor of Studio Art at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas."
