Our initial motivation in 2009 to start PrintMatters was the desire to raise the public awareness of original prints. Since 2009, PrintMatters has grown from five founding members to a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, representing a growing global community of printmakers and print supporters. PrintMatters’ goals are to promote traditional and non-traditional printmaking, encourage print collecting, and further the professional growth of our membership."
