From Dallas College: "The Dallas College Gallery Team is excited to present Alicia Tubbs’ solo exhibit, Unlocked, at El Centro Campus. Tubbs uses art as a method of visual storytelling. She uses meticulously placed symbolism to create intimate spaces from which she celebrates what she calls the “depths of femininity and beauty”. This consideration of composition and imagery enables Tubbs to create approachable and relatable figures."
